How free monthly short-term parking works

If your lot uses Parkade to provide members with a certain amount of free short-term reservation hours per month, here's how that works.
Free monthly hours are tracked on a monthly basis.
A resident's pool of free hours replenishes on the 1st of each month.
When they make short-term reservations while they have free hours available, the free hours will be used first, before they are charged.
Unused free hours from a month do not carry over to the next month.
