Admin notifications

Admin notifications are turned off by default for all admin accounts.

If you're an admin and want to adjust what admin notifications you receive, open the Parkade app and tap Account > Settings > Admin notifications.

Admin accounts can receive email and push notifications for three categories of events that happen in the lots they're an admin for:

  • Parking issues reported through the app by members

  • Membership requests

  • Reservations bookings and cancelations

If you need help with admin notifications, tell us:

  • Who needs their notifications modified.

  • Which notifications need to be turned off or on.
