Whenever you email us, it’s helpful to include your property or parking lot name.

See the notes below for how we can best assist you with specific situations.

Member accounts

If you need help creating a member account, first check out the member account Help Center article. If you need assistance with any of the steps, tell us:

  • The member’s full name, phone number, and email address.

  • The member’s apartment number.

Member reservations

If you need help creating a reservation, first check out the reservations Help Center page. If you need assistance with any of the steps, tell us:

  • The member’s full name.

    • It’s also helpful to share their phone number and apartment number.

  • What day the reservation should start.

  • What day the reservation should end (if you know it) or if the reservation should be open-ended.

    • This should be the first day the member won’t have the reservation.

  • If the reservation should have any concession, such as a reduced rate for some number of months.

If you need help making changes to existing reservations, tell us:

  • The member’s full name.

    • It’s also helpful to share their phone number and apartment number.

  • As much detail as possible about what needs to be changed.

    • If a member needs to be switched to a different spot, tell us what day the reservation in the new spot should start and if there should be any price adjustment (if the new spot should have the same price as the previous spot, or some other concession).

    • If a reservation needs and end date set (or needs the end date changed to be sooner), let us know the date and time it should end.

    • If a reservation price should be changed, let us know what day the price change should go into effect. It’s preferred to have price changes happen on the day that a monthly reservation recurs.

Spot availability

If you need help adding or removing availability for a spot, first check out the spots Help Center page. If you need assistance with any of the steps, tell us:

  • The spot number(s).

  • If they need to be made unavailable (taken offline, not able to be booked by members), what days they should be unavailable for renting.

What spots can be reserved

If you want to know how many spots or if certain types of spots are available, check out the Monitor Help Center page. If you need assistance, tell us:

  • If you just want to know how many spots total are available to be rented.

  • If you want to just know if certain types of spots are available, such as EV charger or tandem spots.

Vehicles

If you need help with questions about vehicles in the lot, first check out license plate search Help Center page. If you need assistance, tell us:

  • The vehicle’s license plate.

  • What spot the vehicle is in.

  • As much detail as possible about what you’d like to know, such as if the vehicle is registered to an account, who has a reservation for the spot it is, etc.

Waitlists

If you need us to add a member to a waitlist, tell us:

  • The member’s name.

    • If they don’t already have a Parkade account, let us know their phone number, email address, and unit number.

  • When they move in.

  • What kind of spot they should be on the waitlist for (standard single space, compact or non-compact, EV charger, etc).

  • Any special requests about what kind of spot they would want (only spots on a certain level, etc).

If the member needs to be on a waitlist because they want to switch to a different spot, tell us what kind of spot they want to switch to.
