Edit member profiles

To edit a member’s profile, click the three-dot icon in the upper right on any section of the member's profile page, and click Edit.

On the edit page, you can edit their name, phone number, email address, role, group, or lot connection.

If a member ever needs information on their account changed, do not create a new account for them. Always either have them update the information on their own (they can edit their own name, email address, and phone number in the Settings section of the Parkade app), or you can edit their existing account.

If a member created a new account with their new contact information information, first delete the phone number and/or email address from that new account before editing the information on the previous account.
