The Vehicles section shows all vehicles that have been added to accounts associated with the lot.

Here you can find, add, edit, and delete vehicles. The most common use for this page is to search a license plate number to find who owns the vehicle.

This table shows all vehicles currently on accounts. If someone removed a vehicle from their account (or an admin deleted a vehicle), it will no longer be in this table.

The vehicle names and plate numbers are whatever the owner entered for the vehicle. It’s possible for people to accidentally or intentionally write an unclear or wrong vehicle description, or write an incorrect license plate.

We strongly encourage mandating that residents register their vehicles in their Parkade account. They should add any vehicle and its plate, even if they'll only park there briefly or if a vehicle has a temporary plate. For the most part, if a vehicle is registered, we can contact the owner about it and issue fees instead of towing.

• Three-dot icon: Provides options to view the vehicle’s page, edit, and delete.

• Vehicle: What was entered for the vehicle description. Typically, people will enter the make and model, though sometimes only one of those. Click on this to go to the vehicle’s Details page.

• Plate #: What was entered for the vehicle’s license plate.

• Owner: The account the vehicle is on.

• Phone: The phone number of the owner.

• Email: The email address of the owner.

• Connection: The connection to the lot the owner entered on their account.

• Country: The country of the license plate.

• State: The state of the license plate.

To get to a vehicle’s page, you can either click on the vehicle in the Vehicle column or click the three-dot icon to the left of the vehicle and click View.

To edit a vehicle’s information, you can either go to the vehicle’s page, click on the three-dot icon, and click Edit; or click the three-dot icon to the left of the vehicle and click Edit.
