Monitor

Edited

In the Monitor section, you can see all spots in a lot along with details about them. You can click on a spot to go to the spot’s page, where you can see information about it and create a reservation for it.

The Monitor table

Spot

  • The spot’s name, always shown as “Spot” followed by the marker that was entered in the spot’s detail page (1, A, etc.).

  • Each spot can be clicked on. This takes you to the Details and Calendar page for that spot in the Spots section.

Zone

  • The zone selected for the spot. Multiple zones can be added to a lot, to identify what level or section a spot is on.

Status

  • Available: The spot has availability right now, and no one has a reservation for the spot right now. A spot is Available if it is available right now, even if it has reservations in the future.

  • Rented: There’s a reservation in the spot right now.

  • Subleased: Someone subleased the spot from someone else who has a reservation for it.

  • Unavailable: There is no availability for the spot right now, and no one has a reservation for the spot right now. A spot that’s unavailable can still be assigned to someone and may have reservations in the future.

Occupant

  • If the spot has a reservation for it right now, this shows the member the spot is assigned to. There will be someone listed when the spot’s status is Rented, Subleased, or Assigned.

Bookable Long-Term?

  • This will say “Yes,” “No,” or “Stating [date].”

  • A spot is bookable long-term when it has no current reservation and no reservations at all in the future.

  • When a spot has no current reservation and no reservations in the future, this says “Yes.”

  • When a spot has a current reservation with no set end date, this says “No.”

  • When a spot has a current reservation with an end date or a reservation in the future with an end date, this says “Starting [date]” and includes the end date of the furthest away reservation.

Owner

  • The owner of the spot. Typically, this will be the property.
