Data Sources

Edited

When Parkade is integrated with a lot’s property management system (PMS), the Data Sources section will have content.

Residents

This table includes information about every resident that the PMS sends us information for, regardless of whether or not they’re a member of the lot.

Resident

  • The resident’s name.

Parkade Status

  • Their account’s Status in the lot.

Import Outcome

  • The result of the most recent import that included them.

Lease Status

  • Active or inactive.

Resident Phone and Resident Email

  • The phone and email provided by the PMS. These may differ from the contact details on the resident’s Parkade account.

Group

  • The Group on their Parkade account.

Lease Start, Lease End, Move-In Date, and Move-Out Date

  • Whatever dates we received from the PMS for the lease shown in the table.

Resident ID and Lease ID

  • The resident and lease IDs that are in the lot’s PMS.

Unit Number

  • The resident’s unit number, based on the PMS.

Last Updated

  • When the PMS last updated the resident record, not when their Parkade account was last edited in the Web Dashboard.

Import History

This table lists imports from the lot’s PMS, including scheduled daily checks and imports triggered when a member is switched from Manual or Disconnected back to Synced. If nothing is imported, no entry is added.

Date

  • The date and time of the import.

  • Click on this to see all the changes that were made as part of the import.

  • The table that appears will have most of the same information listed above in the Residents table.

System

  • The PMS we’re integrated with.

Created, Updated, Errors

  • How many of each were included in the import.

  • The Updated column is only for times that something related to the PMS details were updated, not when a Parkade account was changed.

    • It won’t always match the number of entries in the import that had changed.

    • If an account’s Group was changed, for example, that won’t have an Outcome listed, but the account will still be listed in the import since something changed.

Status

  • The status of that import.
