Gates

If the lot is configured with gate-access integration (meaning that renters can open the gate through the Parkade app), this page will show each gate, what zones have access to that gate, and Open Gate buttons that allow you to open gates from this page.

Gate access is a great way to allow your residents to open any gates by just using the Parkade app. If you're interested, let us know and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

For lots with gate-access integration, the Gate Activity section shows who opened what gate and when.

For each time that someone opens a gate at your lot, the table will show:

• The date and time of that activity.

• Who opened the gate.

• Which gate they opened.

• The status of that attempt (typically Success or Failure).

You can use the date selector in the upper right to pick a specific date range to see results for.

You can use the search field to search for a name, or use the filter options to filter by a member name or gate name.
