Find gate access buttons in the app

If your lot is configured to use the Parkade app to open gates, you can find all gate access buttons in the Parkade app.

All Owner, Admin, and Patroller accounts at your lot have access to buttons for opening all gates at your lot.

To get to those gate buttons:

• In the Parkade app, tap Account.

• Tap Gates.

• You'll see a list of all gate buttons at your lot. If you have access to multiple lots, tap the lot name at the top to see a list of lots, and select a different one if needed.

All Owners, Admins, and Patrollers will see those buttons in the Gates section even if they don't have a reservation for a spot. If one of those users doesn't need a reservation in the lot, they can still use the app to enter the gates.

If they do have a reservation, they'll also see any gates the reservation gives access to in the Park tab, during the duration of the reservation.

Keep in mind that a lot may have multiple gates, and a reservation may not give access to all the gates. In a case like that, the Owner, Admin, or Patroller can still find all gate buttons in the Account tab's Gates section.
